Positively Social of New England

About Us

A weekend retreat for and by HIV positive people.
We are open to all people with HIV.
Participants are welcome to bring their partners of either status.
We plan these retreats to enable HIV positive people to be with others who are in similar situations. Attendance is strictly confidential.
Workshops are planned for your enjoyment.
We bring together information, education and entertainment
to fill a weekend with fun, learning and togetherness.
We run the retreat with the help of volunteers to keep the cost low.
We hope to keep it this way and depend on volunteers and participants to help with the preparation of meals, shopping, workshops and cleanup.

Registration forms for the Fall '09 Retreat will be sent to prior retreat attendees during the first week of July.

Registration forms will be available here on the web on the 4th of July.

Retreat Dates

We organize 2 retreats each year. (Spring) Usually Mother's Day weekend and (Fall) usually the third weekend of September. We offer the weekend to include a "Prelude".

The Prelude allows arrival after 2pm on Thursday for an additional fee. Along with early arrival, dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday and the serenity that the lower attendance allows on Thursday evening are included.

The next dates are:

Fall '09: Thursday, September 24th through Sunday, September 27th, 2009.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Ron King is once again going to offer his pre-retreat educational workshop "Healthy Relationships". The program is offered as an adjunct to the P.S. Retreat and will be held on September 23rd, 2009. Space is limited. If you are interested, you'll find the application for his program on the registration page.
